By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of the Service
Tiny Farm Heroes is a free-to-play, web-based farming game. Players build virtual farms, grow crops, and sell harvests to an in-game cooperative. A portion of in-game crop sale values is converted into real monetary donations to vetted non-profit farm organizations that grow and distribute food to communities in need.
The Service is currently in development. Features, mechanics, donation rates, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Not create accounts for others without their permission.
- Not create more than one account per person unless explicitly permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
4. Virtual Goods and In-Game Currency
The Service may include virtual items, virtual currency, or other in-game assets (collectively, "Virtual Goods"). All Virtual Goods are licensed, not sold, to you. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other real-world consideration.
- Virtual Goods are not transferable to other users except as expressly permitted by the Service.
- We may modify, discontinue, or remove Virtual Goods at any time without liability to you.
- Your license to Virtual Goods terminates when your account is closed or these Terms are terminated.
5. Donations
A core mechanic of Tiny Farm Heroes is the conversion of in-game crop sale values into real-world charitable donations. You understand and agree that:
- Donations are made by Code Peak Solutions LLC on behalf of the collective player community — individual players do not make donations directly.
- No specific donation amount is guaranteed for any individual gameplay session or action.
- Donation rates, schedules, and recipient organizations may change at our discretion.
- You have no legal right to any specific donation outcome as a result of your gameplay.
- We will publish periodic impact reports so the community can verify donation activity.
- Gameplay does not constitute a tax-deductible contribution by you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, scripts, or any automated means to play the game or manipulate donation totals.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or infringes any third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including Company employees or representatives.
- Collect or harvest personal data about other users without their consent.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by us.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account and reporting conduct to law enforcement.

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, audio, video, software, and code — is owned by or licensed to Code Peak Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.
"Tiny Farm Heroes," the Tiny Farm Heroes logo, and related marks are trademarks of Code Peak Solutions LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
8. User-Generated Content
If the Service allows you to submit, post, or share content (such as comments, usernames, farm names, or other user-created material), you grant Code Peak Solutions LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as social media platforms, analytics providers, and image generation tools). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CODE PEAK SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Code Peak Solutions LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Code Peak Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a notice in the Service.
