March brought in $4.55! A small number, but a real one. It came from a single avatar purchase made through the game. That is the first time a player action directly generated money that will go toward a real donation. The co-op now holds $104.55 total. No donations have been made yet. We are still early and building toward a meaningful first gift to Urban Roots. Every harvest and every purchase adds to it.
Every co-op needs a first deposit. Today I am funding the Tiny Farm Heroes cooperative with $100 out of pocket to get things moving. This seed money funds the co-op so that every crop players sell is backed by real value from the very first harvest. Think of it as planting the first seed in the field - small to start, but it is real, it is in the ground, and it is growing from here. Thank you for being here at the very beginning.
